Levin Papantonio Rafferty connected with C&S Signs for brand new office signage. C&S reached out to the Pensacola Sign team to create and install the fresh signage for their client. This project was a mixture of many signage elements ranging from laser cutting the acrylic logo paired to carving the names into the sign backer. We were able to get the crisp, golden color in the inverted letters by masking the entire signage around the typography before the paint job. We laser cut the acrylic 3D logo and placed the element onto the CNC-routed PVC backer. The blue oval wherein the logo is sitting is actually a piece of printed 3M vinyl. All sign pieces were primed and coated with our Matthews Paint system.The custom signs paired well with both a wooden and painted environment. 

The University of West Florida has recently renamed the Department of Music by way of an anonymous donor. They have established the Dr. Grier Williams School of Music in memory of the first chair of the music department. UWF reached out to Pensacola Sign to produce a donor sign in honor of the new music school. Pensacola Sign fabricated a multilayer wall display sign consisting of a mix of materials. The base layer consists of a quarter inch frosted acrylic. We printed directly onto a 3mm brushed aluminum composite for the sign face. Our technicians laser cut the acrylic letters and Nautilus logo located on to the left side. Pensacola Sign's in-house professional painter gave the dimensional typography a smooth Argonaut-blue color finish with our Matthews Paint System. Pensacola Sign and Graphics has produced multiple donor signs across West Florida's campus including the Hal Marcus College of Engineering dedication sign.

Typically HDU signs of this nature are sandblasted - but with our industrial CNC machine, we were able to route the three dimensional wood grain with raised lettering all in one piece out of HDU foam. By using a CNC you can be much more precise than sandblasting, giving you a more professional finished product. We then coated the sign with multiple layers of sealer/primer and then painted the sign in layers with the Matthews Paint system, producing an extremely outdoor, durable and high end sign product that will last a long time.

One of the largest signs we have done is the entrance sign in the gateway to Baptist Hospital in Pensacola. It features the iconic Baptist B logo, and the words Baptist Hospital placed on either side of the center logo. The signage lettering is fabricated from aluminum and painted white to keep with the colors of Baptist's branding. Subsequently after painting the letters we mounted them to the top of the brick monument sign at the main entry of the hospital. For one thing, no Baptist sign branding is complete without the historic B logo. The Baptist B is back-lit with LED lights to make it really stand out in low-lighting. Of course, in low-light or not this entryway sign is sure to stand out!

Aragon Wine Market is a place to socialize with friends while tasting and learning about wine in downtown Pensacola. When they opened in the summer of 2009, they contacted us at Pensacola Sign and purchased a custom designed exterior sign. Dimensional signs are used for wayfinding, directories, and corporate branding. In this case the raised letters were a tool to identify Aragon Wine Market from the exterior of the building. Dense foam was router cut and used for Aragon Wine Market's sign. However, dimensional letters are also available in brass, aluminum, flat acrylic, cast metal, flat cut metal, and plastic. We can custom cut raised lettering to just about any size imaginable. Dimensional letters always, as in the case of Aragon Wine Market, provide an upscale appeal and creative presentation.

Avanza Medical Research Center is an organization always pushing the boundaries of life-changing medicine solutions. In 2017, they rebranded - revealing a new name and brand position to better capture their company mission. Idgroup handled the design of the brand's new look. Pensacola Sign was brought on to fabricate and install the signage that reflected this new brand identity.

We crafted the interior signage by laser cutting a clear acrylic background, applying second surface printed frosted graphics. Our CNC lead routed wood letters, with their printed logo design being mounted first surface. Each acrylic sign was attached to the wall via aluminum standoffs.

Along with the interior signage, Pensacola Sign built and installed exterior multilayer identity signage. We crafted this signage with a wood backer. Our craftsmen used CNC routed letters and printed vinyl letters for the typography on the signage.

Clark Partington is a regional Gulf Coast law firm with over 40 years of client service in the books. As their brand expands to new locations in the Panhandle, so do their office branding needs. Pensacola Sign was contracted to make sure their Tallahassee and Pensacola locations were properly identified with architectural office signage. The signs have a brushed aluminum background, with a raised base layer. We painted the dimensional letters white with blue returns to ensure a subtle color pop when viewing the signs. Pensacola Sign fabricated and installed the identity signs across both locations.
