Pen Air Federal Credit Union | Brand elements and core values merge to create a truly unique wall display.
Over the last few years, Pen Air Credit Union and Pensacola Sign have worked together to create a range of custom brand identity walls and company values displays for their lobbies and office spaces. As a growing local credit union brand, the time had come for Pen Air to open a new location - this time on Stumpfield Road. The new branch opening lead Pen Air to request us to craft yet another eye-catching, custom display. This project had a new spin on it, as the standoff acrylic display was to be a conglomeration of both the brand walls and company values displays we had designed and installed in the past. The Pensacola Sign team went to the drawing board, and fabricated the new multilayer display with acrylic panels, graphics, 3D letters and vinyl letters. We brought it all together with an interlocking New Life magnetic system. The result of our continuous, fruitful partnership with Pen Air resulted in our largest wall display made for them to date; a 7-foot-tall, 10-foot-wide standout centerpiece to accompany the new lobby.

The Studer Group | A dynamic trade show display system for the ever-dynamic, Pensacola-based Studer Group.
Pensacola-based Studer Group works with healthcare organizations in the United States and beyond to help them achieve and sustain improvement in clinical outcomes and financial results.
To help accomplish this, Studer hosts a number of large conferences each year and approached Pensacola Sign for a new, dynamic trade show exhibit—and we jumped at the opportunity to help make a difference.
Since the agenda and information change with each conference, Pensacola Sign recommended a large, but easily changeable trade show display that was professional looking and easy to use—and, also at an affordable cost to buy and ship regularly to their destinations.
Utilizing our HopUp Tension Fabric displays, we created multiple ultra-light displays that look great, are extremely easy to setup and will stand the test of time. Any time the conference agenda changes a new high-quality dye-sublimated fabric print can be produced and attached to the lifetime-warranted trade show display frame they have already purchased. As far as results go, we’d say this one was pretty great.

Malibu Rum | Custom cut and wrapped surfboard for fun and unique advertising.
Watch out local surf shops, there is a new board shaper in town! Pensacola Sign crafted these custom surfboard point-of-purchase signs for Malibu Rum and Southern Glacier Wine & Spirits. They wanted a display that would catch the attention of visitors passing by.
Malibu was marketing a "Juana Malibu Bucket", a product that is a mixture of the brand's flavors. We "shaped" these boards by CNC routing PVC material. Our technicians then digitally printed out the beachfront graphics directly onto the surfboards! The team was very precise on the graphic applications thanks to our contour cutting capabilities. This uniquely shaped signage and vibrant graphics are sure to attract a new wave of clientele for Malibu.

Pensacola International Airport | Reubin O’Donovan Askew Terminal Display Board
The airport was dedicating the main terminal to Reubin o’donovan and wanted a display to commemorate the dedication. They wanted a display that would not be just your standard dedication plaque but a bright multi layered display that was eye catching and informative. The airport consulted with Emagination Unlimited on design and layout, before they contacted Pensacola Sign for engineering and final production. We had a few factors to consider for maximum interest, depth, and overall security of the display.
Because this dedication panel was planned to go in a high traffic area, we used tempered glass with automotive quality paints and clear coats to ensure accurate color and durability with multiple finish levels to make it easy to clean and super sleek. Using glass instead of acrylic or polycarbonate allowed us to create much more professional and finished looking photographs. Tamper proof standoffs were used to ensure no one could loosen the panels.
For extra dimension, the design required the photographs to have transparent areas in them. Using our white ink capability latex printer we were able to print on clear vinyl having just the portion containing Mr. Askew to be opaque with a transparent blue background. Using aluminum framing as well as MBS aluminum standoffs were able to keep the multi layer display light weight helping to ensure a safe and secure installation to a very textured background. The end result was a beautiful multilayer display with lettering for the header produced from waterjet .5” aluminum with brushed finish and clear coat.
We enjoy putting our hearts into our work, and crafting this dedication panel was a proud labor of love.
